Salvatore Real Estate offers a different take on buying and selling. Director Salvatore Scavo wanted to bring something new and fresh to the real estate market, offering clients a choice in how they sold their home.
Salvatore comes from a family entrenched in real estate, with his mother and father both in the business.
Starting in the game himself at the tender age of 19, Salvatore today has followed his passion to run his own business.
Before taking the leap to open Salvatore Real Estate, he worked in commercial real estate in South Melbourne.
Salvatore was responsible for leasing and handling the sales of retail and office space and factories. Whilst working there, he successfully leased office space to big names such as Centerlink, Blockbuster Australia, and also sold property for Kawasazki Australia. Salvatore was no stranger to negotiating with many other major clients in his time there.
Salvatore then decided to move into residential real estate, working as a vendor’s advocate.
He confidently advised clients about the best way to sell their home. In his career Salvatore has worked in rentals, new homes, commercial and residential, therefore bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new agency, Salvatore Real Estate.
“I believe the two most important things when selecting a real estate agent are that they have great marketing and negotiation skills,” he comments.
Salvatore enjoys the sense of achievement associated in helping people to sell or buy a home, which to most people is their biggest investment. “It is an exciting and life changing experience and gives me a great feeling knowing I am contributing in some way,” he said. Salvatore currently lives in Deer Park with his wife Melisa and two daughters, Victoria (8) and Natasha (6).
